East Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC)
ELARC is one of 21 Regional Centers in the state, coordinating and providing community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
California Children’s Services
California Children's Services (CCS) is a state program for children with certain diseases or health problems. Through this program, children up to 21 years old can get the health care and services they need. CCS will connect you with doctors and trained health care people who know how to care for your child with special health care needs.

Supplemental Social Security Income
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is a Federal income supplement program funded by general tax revenues (not Social Security taxes). It is designed to help aged, blind, and disabled people, who have little or no income; and it provides cash to meet basic needs for food, clothing, and shelter.
ADEPT (Autism Distant Education Parent Training)
One of the goals of the Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities is to provide educational resources on developmental disabilities to the community. To that end, CEDD has sponsored the production of the following educational videos and online training modules. Trainings are available in English and Spanish.
